Highland Paradise’s mix of spectacular scenery, fascinating ancient history, culture and the view from 509 metres above sea level makes this mountain top venue, unique in itself! l!

Highland Paradise, an abandoned ancient mountain village marae that is steeped in spiritual value that dates back to the 1700. It is surrounded by 30acres of tropical native rainforest, manicured lawns, tropical gardens and panoramic views of the valley, lagoon and Pacific Ocean, a truly unique venue to hold your next conference or event.

Our facilities cater for conferences, meetings, events and functions from 10 to 250 guests, both indoors and outdoors with integrated audio visual equipment.

Our dedicated team of professional event planners, prides themselves on flexibility, attention to detail and can assist in organising your event, from catering menus to decorations, to fit all needs and budgets.

Conferences

    Highland Paradise has a large undercover venue which can be minimised to suit small groups or expanded for larger groups. They also offer a lawn marquee, torchlight dining or cocktails in an ancient village atmosphere outside of the main venue area.

    The main venue can cater for conferences and meetings with the following capacity:

  • A maximum of 140 people can be seated a la carte dining tables under cover.
  • A maximum of 200 people can be seated theatre style.
  • A maximum of 250 people can be catered for in a cocktail party scenario.
  • Our dedicated team of conference & event planners will work with you to organise all your conference needs and also offer packages to include a Welcome Cocktail evening to your final Gala Event.

    Venue hire includes the following:

  • Exclusive use of selected area from 9am – 5pm.
  • Professional wait staff to prepare and serve food and beverage.
  • Venue set up.
  • PA system – microphone and stand.
  • Speaker’s water station.
  • Additional equipment and services can be requested including:

  • Date project and screen.
  • Wireless internet access.
  • Black and white printing.
  • Additional microphones.
